Overview

Our refund policy is 14 days from when the product arrives. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Certain specific products will have different return policies. Once a product is ordered, it can’t be canceled due to any reason. The product will be shipped to you as per the shipping policy. It shall be eligible for a refund/replacement only if fulfills the conditions mentioned in this page.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you are responsible to pay for shipping/postage. We don’t take any responsibility if your address was entered incorrectly. We request you to fill in your details with utmost care. In this case, a full refund will be issued upon receiving the refunded product(s). 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized products and damaged products will not be refunded. Wearable items (including wearable tech), 1 sized wearable products, health and personal care items are also exempt from being returned due to sanitation, COVID-19 and health reasons, and also not be refunded. Certain exemption may be applicable for refund if the item is sealed and unopened.

To complete your return request, we require your order number with proof of purchase and the payment method in which you provided. If it was purchased on behalf of you, we require the original purchaser to contact us for the refund arrangement and communication.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of receiving the item(s), subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts/Gifted Items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate with a credit code will be emailed to you for your next purchase. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 20% restocking fee also applies for gifted items, and you are responsible for paying the shipping fees to send the products back.

Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded, all sales are final.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to our Head Office for the product engineering team to inspect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

P.S. The customer is legally bound by the policies once a payment is made.

Product Damage Liability

We are not liable for the following issues:

  1. Products which are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Siler Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs and Spas. Oxidized silver and metals are easily damaged.
  2. Products which are damaged by misuse, mishandling or poor maintenance.
  3. Silver pieces are tarnished by oxidation and overtime we wear and tear.
