Please read all our terms and conditions before accessing the site or making a purchase. We also reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any section of the terms and conditions at any time. 

1. Age of Majority – by making a purchase on this website and inputting your information including credit card or PayPal, you agree to being at least the age of majority in your province or state.

You agree and understand that the information you provided and your content (excluding your credit card information) may be transferred over various networks and communications that may be unencrypted. However, your credit card and payment information will be encrypted through the payment processor PayPal. Paypal offers credit card payments via PayPal designated links upon completion of check out. Our store is hosted by Word Press and Woo Commerce, and they provide us with an e-commerce platform to have Shop Connextion sell products to you. Any transactions that are supported by this platform and as you are making purchases, you agree to the services provided by Woo Commerce and PayPal itself. You also agree to these third party service providers and accept their terms and services for confirming your payment information and authorization.

3. Occasionally an order may be flagged for possible fraudulent activity, we may ask you to provide a proof of identification such as a government ID or driver’s license that matches the purchaser’s name and billing address on the purchase order. Alternate options are available for those who do not have driver’s licenses such as a passport with a utility bill with the same information. We may cancel the order if the information is not provided as we will reserve the right to refuse the service of sending your order due to fraudulent risks or suspicious orders. In this event, your payment will be returned to you as well. We also reserve the right to cancel orders to a POX or APO Address as they may not be accessible to be shipped. 

4. Accuracy of Information – We are not responsible for your order or refunds, if you have not provided accurate information. Please fill out all orders accurately and timely. If inaccurate orders information is detected on time, we may be able to correct it before being shipped. Please send us an email to info@shopconnextion.com. In addition, we are not responsible for any information that was listed on the site that is inaccurate, incomplete or not current. From time to time, we may update the contents and description of each product and our website, but we are not obligated to update any information on our website. Any reliance on information on our website and decisions made, is done so at your own risk. We will make our best effort and attempt to provide accurate information and updated prices as much as possible on our website. 

5. Personal Information and Privacy – What you submit in personal information on the website and when you make purchases, the personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may review it by clicking here. 

6. Prices are also subject to change without notices. We also reserve the right to remove any products or services on the website due to limited quantities and supplies. If in the event you purchased a product and requested to exchange it for a different style, colour or version, the product exchanged for may or may not be available for exchange within the 24 hour modification of order window. We will notify you if the exchange is available. Please email us at info@shopconnextion.com  with your order number, information and new address. If you realize the delivery address is incorrect after the product has been shipped. We will not issue any refunds for any incorrect shipping addresses. 

7. During the pandemic, there may be potential shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, but some orders may  be delayed and cannot be guaranteed on time  as they are beyond our control. If you choose express shipping on bulk orders, and it missed a delivery time estimate; we cannot issue refunds on express shipping as these are the current policies set by Fedex, DHL, USPS, UPS, and Canada Post. You also agree to their shipping terms and conditions if you request a custom order with us utilizing their services. 

8. Shop Connextion is not responsible for any shipments that were sent back due to missed delivery attempts. This applies mainly to express shipping or any non free shipping options added to a custom order. If you refuse the shipment and the package was unsuccessfully delivered, you are directly forfeiting the order and the items will be abandoned by the shipping company and may be returned back to the sender. 

9. All custom items, wearable items, and sale/clearance items are FINAL. No refunds will be issued for these purchases. We can only provide a 24 Hour modification window to the order if you want to change the colour, design or size of the item (subject to availability), and or correct a shipping address error. 

10. Shop Connextion is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If you provide the authorization for the courier service provider to leave the package with or without a signature, and it gets lost/stolen, neither we nor the shipper will reimburse you or provide any refunds or replacements even if you paid for shipping package insurance. This applies to custom orders with expedited shipping and orders with shipping insurance combined. We do not accept the responsibility for lost/stolen packages that was a result of you providing such authorization to be delivered with or without signature. 

11. The terms and conditions provided to you were written to adhere with the governing laws of Ontario, Canada. 

12. In addition to you following the terms and condition, we also prohibit you from using the site or its content from: (1) conducting any unlawful purposes or unwarranted solicitation; (2) violating any laws, regulations, or statues from provincial or state, federal or international levels; (3) conducting any actions of harassment, harm, defamation, slander, intimidation or discrimination in the communications or reviews of the products or services provided internally and/or externally to other platforms or websites; (4) infringing on any information or intellectual property rights on the shopconnextion.com website; (5) interfering with any features relating to verification and security on our website; and (6) submitting false and inaccurate information

From making purchases on our website and using the product(s) that you paid for, you, the buyer of the available products and user of our website, agree to not hold Shop Connextion and our shareholder(s), directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, agents or contractors liable for any injury, loss, claim, direct or indirect, or incidental damages of any kind.

Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimers – Shop Connextion does not guarantee that while making purchases or browsing the site, that your time of use on our website will be uninterrupted, timely or free of error.
